Job summary

MAC.BID is seeking a Facility Floater in Uniontown, PA to support all warehouse functions. This full-time, hourly, non-exempt role reports to the Facility Team Lead and involves moving pallets, cleaning, unloading trailers, and assisting with daily tasks to keep operations running smoothly.

You must be able to lift 25 lb alone, 50 lb with team, stand and walk for long periods, and have a high school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Qualifications

• Availability to work on-site. Schedules may vary Monday through Saturday; 8-hour shifts with a 30-minute lunch break.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds alone, 50 pounds with a team lift.
• Must be able to stand and walk for hours at a time.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be able to follow written directions and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Clear/gather, inventory, and sort pallets
• Clean warehouse and office spaces using a mop, broom, and vacuum
• Empty garbage and fill the dumpster according to vendor criteria
• Collect and bale cardboard
• Meet live trailers at the dock to unload quickly, avoiding retention fees
• Other tasks as assigned by management

FACILITY FLOATER

JOB TYPE AND CLASSIFICATION: Full-Time Hourly Non-Exempt

JOB OVERVIEW:

MAC.BID buys truckloads of customer returns and overstock products, then sells these items individually to the public through online auctions. The Facility Floater assists with every job within the department to ensure smooth operations. This position reports to the Facility Team Lead.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Clear/gather, inventory, and sort pallets
• Clean warehouse and office spaces using a mop, broom, and vacuum
• Empty garbage and fill the dumpster according to vendor criteria
• Collect and bale cardboard

• Other tasks as assigned by management
