Job summary

MAC.BID is hiring a Facilities Floater in Colorado Springs to support warehouse operations, inventory, and day-to-day tasks. You will assist across departments to keep processes flowing and report to the Facilities Team Lead.

Work hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm, with a half-hour lunch. You must be able to lift 25 lbs alone and 50 lbs with team effort, and stand/walk for long periods while following written directions.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work onsite Monday–Friday 8:00am–4:30pm with lunch break and 2 days off.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds alone and 50 pounds with assistance.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and follow written directions.

Responsibilities

• Clear/gather, inventory, and sort pallets.
• Clean warehouse and office spaces with mop, broom, and vacuum.
• Empty garbage and manage dumpster as required.
• Collect and bale cardboard.
• Meet live trailers at the dock to unload quickly.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

FACILITIES FLOATER

JOB TYPE AND CLASSIFICATION: Full Time Hourly Non-Exempt

JOB OVERVIEW:

MAC.BID buys truckloads of customer returns and overstock products, then sells these items individually to the public through online auctions. The Facilities Floater assists with every job within the department to ensure smooth operations. This position reports to the Facilities Team Lead.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Clear/gather, inventory, and sort pallets
• Clean warehouse and office spaces using mop, broom, and vacuum
• Empty garbage and fill the dumpster according to vendor criteria
• Collect and bale cardboard
• Meet live trailers at the dock to unload quickly, avoiding retention fees
• Other tasks as assigned by management

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be available to work onsite Monday-Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm, with a half-hour lunch break and 2 days off, hours to be determined by workload and General Manager
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds alone, 50 pounds with a team lift
• Must be able to stand and walk for hours at a time
• Must be able to follow written directions and company policies
