Job summary

M.C. Dean, a leader in building intelligence for mission-critical facilities, seeks a Critical Facilities Engineering Manager to supervise maintenance teams and coordinate O&M and project activities for a government contract data center.

You will manage budgets, oversee electrical and mechanical systems, and ensure safe, compliant operations. A high school diploma and 10+ years of experience are required; eligibility for a Secret Clearance is mandatory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 10+ years of experience.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience over trades such as Electrician or HVAC.
• Must meet eligibility for U.S. Citizenship and Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 24/7 operations of critical data center facilities (electrical, mechanical, emergency power).
• Direct oversight of Facilities Team Members and daily tasking.
• Prepare and manage O&M and project cost estimates and budgets.
