Job summary

LEGENDS GLOBAL in Stockton, CA seeks an experienced Facility Engineer to lead the Engineering & Maintenance Department. You will ensure safe, efficient operation of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety, and BMS systems across the Stockton Complex and coordinate event-related utility services.

Responsibilities include developing preventive maintenance programs, troubleshooting failures, overseeing contractors, managing work orders and budgets, and upholding CAL/OSHA and NFPA safety standards.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or trade cert in HVAC, electrical or related field with 5+ years of experience.
• Cal/OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred, NFPA knowledge helpful.
• Strong management, safety and budgeting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operation of Facility Engineering & Maintenance Department.
• Ensure safe, efficient operation of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety, and BMS systems.
• Develop and manage preventive maintenance programs to maximize reliability.
• Oversee contractors, manage work orders, budgets and reporting.
• Lead safety initiatives and CAL/OSHA compliance.
• Hire, train, and coach engineering staff; perform hands-on maintenance as needed.
