Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in facility management, building systems maintenance, or a similar role (battery or semiconductor a plus).
• Knowledge of power systems, industrial automation, controls, and safety standards.
• Familiarity with safety regulations, local laws, and industry standards.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in facility management software and tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Power Distribution Management: Maintain high- and low-voltage distribution systems; support transformers, switchgear, MCCs, UPS, grounding, and emergency networks; ensure capacity meets production needs.
• Production Equipment Electrical Support: Troubleshoot issues on production machines; assist installation, calibration, and commissioning of electrical components; resolve PLC, sensor, HMI, VFD issues.
• Preventive & Corrective Maintenance: Create and execute maintenance plans; respond quickly to electrical failures affecting production.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure installations comply with NFPA 70, NFPA 79, OSHA, and local codes; support arc-flash assessment and safety training.
• Energy & Utility Management: Monitor energy consumption; identify cost-saving opportunities and support load analysis.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain SLDs, manuals, and inspection records; prepare reports on issues and downtime.
• Vendor & Contractor Management: Coordinate with contractors and suppliers; review proposals and conduct inspections.
• Team Collaboration: Work with facility staff and departments; provide training on safety practices.
