If you are a Power Systems Assessor who believes in building relationships based on trust and results, we need you! The position can be located at any K2M office or fully remote for the right candidate.

Overview: Responsible for various projects including scheduling and budgeting. Works on substantial, ongoing service accounts, following established procedures and techniques. Assists in writing reports, preparing cost estimates, coordinating engineering plans, and reviewing plans and specifications. Ensures the project team is aware of any issues or potential problems.

Essential duties:

  • Maintain secure relationships with clients, consultants, and teams.
  • Represent K2M Design professionally and positively on-site.
  • Keep project details confidential, avoiding social media sharing.
  • Coordinate with project leadership on tasks.
  • Understand condition assessment practices.
  • Participate in department meetings and follow through on decisions.
  • Provide technical advice and resolve issues with leadership.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Perform minimal drafting to meet client expectations.

Requirements

  • Experience in electrical construction, project management, troubleshooting is a plus but not required.
  • Electrical license preferred but not required; ability to learn NEC code issues.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel).
  • Ability to identify architectural and MEP systems outside electrical trade, including structural, HVAC, refrigeration.
  • Clean Driver's License, no serious infractions.
  • Ability to climb ladders, lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Willingness to travel (60-80% of work time) for site surveys, coordination, and administration.
