Qualifications

• Four years of responsible experience in architectural/engineering construction and renovation project management.

• Experience coordinating with AE firms and during procurement and construction phases.

Responsibilities

• Develops and reviews designs and estimated construction costs for Navy Exchanges projects.
• Prepares scopes of work and schematic drawings for AE firms and in-house teams.
• Tracks budgets and forecasts to keep projects within approved funds.
• Travel to various locations to supervise field inspections and project implementation.
• Acts as liaison with NAVFAC and other Navy commands during design and construction phases.
