Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage design and construction of FFR facilities including new builds and renovations.
• Develop acquisition plans, schedules, and budgets for construction projects.
• Prepare SOWs and evaluate contractor proposals and change orders.
• Coordinate with NAVFAC, CNIC, and other DoD agencies on project execution.
