• Ability to manage scopes, schedules, and budgets across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Develops or reviews designs and estimated costs for Navy Exchanges projects worldwide.
• Selects AE firms and oversees plans and specifications and inspections.
• Manages project budgets and funding through design and construction cycles.
• Tracks progress, forecasts funding, and ensures adherence to contract documents.
• Acts as primary contact with NAVFAC and local activities during design and construction phases.
• Reviews submittals for adequacy and coordinates with NAVFAC and field activities.
