Job summary

bci is seeking a dedicated individual to maintain cleanliness and organization across the facility, including restrooms, break rooms, and warehouse areas. The role involves stocking supplies, trash removal, and operating a cardboard baler while ensuring safety procedures are followed.

The ideal candidate can work independently, lift up to 50 lbs, and adapt to a warehouse environment. Prior janitorial or warehouse experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Able to bend, push, pull, and reach as needed.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
• Able to operate or learn to operate a cardboard baler.
• Able to follow safety procedures and instructions.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Previous janitorial, porter, or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the facility.
• Service restrooms and stock supplies (toilet paper and others).
• Remove trash and restock break rooms (including sugar caddies).
• Perform heavy warehouse duties (breaking down cardboard, baler operation).
• Keep warehouse area clean and organized and remove waste as needed.
