Job summary

Chimes is seeking a dedicated Custodian to perform cleaning and building services across public and work spaces, including executive areas. The role operates on a consistent schedule from 8:30am to 3:30pm, with a 30-minute lunch, and a set pay rate of $17.20 per hour.

Responsibilities include cleaning according to contract specs, sanitizing restrooms, descaling fixtures, maintaining floors, and assisting with special restoration tasks when needed.

Qualifications

• Six months of custodial work experience preferred.
• Candidates with disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean assigned areas in accordance with contract specifications.
• Disinfect restrooms and public areas.
• Descale showers, toilets, and urinals.
• Vacuum carpets; mop floors and dust surfaces.
• Move, arrange, and lift heavy items.
• Attend required meetings and trainings.
• Follow all safety and security procedures.
