Chimes is seeking a part-time Custodian to perform general cleaning and maintenance duties to ensure that facilities remain clean, safe, and well-maintained. Shift: Monday - Friday 6:30am-11am, under the supervision of the Project Manager and on-site Supervisor.

You will clean offices and common areas, perform routine floor care, and report maintenance concerns. This role participates in the AbilityOne Program and offers benefits including medical and retirement plans.

Responsabilités

• Clean offices, common areas, restrooms, and public spaces
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish surfaces
• Empty trash and replenish restroom supplies
• Clean windows, glass, mirrors, walls, elevators, and other building surfaces
• Spot clean carpets and perform floor care as needed
• Assist with furniture setup and breakdown for special events
• Remove snow and ice from walkways (when required)
• Safely use cleaning equipment and supplies
• Report maintenance concerns or safety hazards
• Follow all safety policies and contract requirements
