Job summary

Chimes is looking for a custodial worker to perform cleaning and building services across public and work spaces, including executive areas. Shift: Mon–Fri 8:30am–3:30pm with a 30-minute lunch. Pay rate: $17.20 per hour.

Responsibilities include cleaning restrooms, floors, surfaces, kitchens, fitness centers, and offices as contracted. Must comply with policies, wear required attire, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

Qualifications

• Six months of custodial work experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, holidays, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning of public and work spaces including executive areas as per contract.
• Clean restrooms, kitchens, and break areas; disinfect surfaces and fixtures.
• Vacuum, mop, dust, and polish specified areas; manage trash and recycling.
• Move and arrange light furniture; attend meetings and trainings as required.
• Follow all safety procedures and building security requirements.
