Job summary

Chimes is seeking a detail-oriented custodian to perform a variety of cleaning tasks in public and administrative spaces. The role requires following contract specifications, adhering to safety rules, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness across restrooms, surfaces, and fixtures.

You will work with a team, adapt to changing duties, and participate in required trainings. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, with six months of custodial experience beneficial.

Qualifications

• Six months of custodial work experience preferred.
• Candidates with disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform custodial tasks in accordance with contract specifications.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms and public areas.
• Descale showers, toilet bowls, and urinals.
• Move, lift, and arrange heavy items as needed.
• Attend required trainings and meetings.
• Maintain cleanliness of floors, surfaces and fixtures.
