Job summary

Ohio Custodial Management is seeking a Custodian to maintain the cleanliness of client facilities, including trash removal, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and restocking restrooms at contracted sites in Columbus.

Responsibilities include cleaning floors, sanitizing touchpoints, informing supervisor when inventory is low, and performing other duties as assigned. Candidates should be able to operate vacuums and scrubbers, stand and lift up to 40 pounds, and have US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Able to operate mechanical equipment such as vacuums, scrubbers, strippers, etc.
• Able to communicate in writing effectively.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, kneel during the entire shift.
• Able to lift and move up to 40 pounds.
• Authorized to work in the US; we use eVerify.
• Able to apply math skills to cleaning tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service with comprehensive, detailed cleaning and a friendly demeanor.
• Clean floors using various methods and equipment.
• Clean and sanitize touch points and surfaces.
• Restock and clean restrooms.
• Inform supervisor when inventory is low.
• Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
