YMCA of Greater Indianapolis is seeking a Custodian I to maintain a clean and safe facility. You will handle cleaning chemicals and equipment, operate vacuums and floor machines, and help with room setups and furniture arrangement.

No prior experience is required, and the role includes completing YMCA training and working at least 18 years of age. This is a part-time, on-site position with benefits and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• No experience required.
• Completion of all position specific and mandatory YMCA training within deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of the facility, use cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Operate back pack vacuums, upright vacuums, carpet extractors, rotary floor machines, and ladders.
• Clean restrooms/showers, floors, windows, and remove trash; set up rooms and arrange furniture.
