Job summary

Chugach Government Solutions seeks a skilled Custodian to support daily custodial maintenance and operation of FBI Washington Field Office facilities. You will perform a full range of cleaning duties, keep supervisors informed of issues, and ensure spaces meet cleanliness and safety standards. Schedule: Mon–Fri, 6:00 am–2:30 pm.

Rate of pay: $24.80/hr. Requires U.S. citizenship or legal residency, ability to obtain FBI clearance, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

General knowledge of hand and power tools.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills.
High school graduate or equivalent.
Mature judgment; able to work with little supervision.
U.S. Citizenship or legal residency required.
Valid state driver’s license with clean record; ability to obtain FBI clearance.
Preferred: 2+ years custodial experience.

Responsibilities

Perform a full range of custodial duties for FBI Washington Field Office facilities.
Plan, organize, and complete cleaning tasks to meet deadlines.
Clean and sanitize restrooms, fixtures, floors, and surfaces; replenish supplies.
Clean windows, dust, and wipe furniture and equipment; report maintenance needs.
Move and arrange furniture, and assist with special cleaning projects as assigned.
Adhere to safety rules, health regulations, and contract requirements.
Report accidents, injuries, and hazardous situations promptly.
