Job summary

Chugach Government Solutions is seeking a Custodian to support daily custodial maintenance and operations at FBI facilities in Washington, DC. You will perform a full range of cleaning tasks, report maintenance needs, and work with a team to ensure clean, safe environments.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to obtain FBI clearance. Mon-Fri 1pm-5:30pm, $24.80/hr. U.S. citizenship or legal residency required.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of hand and power tools.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• US citizen or legal resident alien.
• Valid state driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to obtain FBI Clearance.
• Preferred: at least 2 years custodial experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform custodial duties across assigned facilities.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, fixtures, and drinking fountains.
• Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors; replenish supplies.
• Identify and report maintenance needs to supervisor.
• Use ladders for window washing and other tasks as required.
• Adhere to safety and health rules; complete duties timely and accurately.
