Job summary

Chugach Government Solutions (CGS) in Washington DC is seeking a reliable Custodian to support FBI facilities. Under the supervision of the Custodian Site Supervisor, you will perform custodial maintenance and cleaning across assigned buildings and facilities near FBI WFO.

The role involves cleaning restrooms, vacuuming and mopping floors, restocking supplies and reporting maintenance needs while adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of hand and power tools.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or legal resident.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• Ability to obtain FBI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide custodial maintenance and cleaning for FBI WFO facilities.
• Plan, organize work and meet deadlines.
• Clean and sanitize facilities including restrooms, fixtures, and fixtures.
• Operate cleaning equipment and replenish supplies.
• Identify and report maintenance needs.
• Adhere to safety policies and report accidents or near-misses.
