Job summary

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and at least three years in custodial work, with floor maintenance experience. The position requires a Monday–Friday shift from 10:00 am to 6:30 pm and background checks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3 years experience in custodial field.
• Applicable knowledge of proper cleaning methods.
• MS Office Suite (Outlook/email) basic experience.
• Floor maintenance experience including buffering, stripping and waxing.
• Must pass site background checks, including fingerprints.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly custodial tasks (vacuuming, mopping, restrooms, lobbies).
• Disinfect high‑touch surfaces and maintain a clean environment.
• Collect and dispose of waste and recycling; replace liners.
• Replenish restroom and facility supplies.
• Identify safety hazards and report maintenance concerns.
