Job summary

Shift is Monday through Friday, 10:00 am to 6:30 pm. Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED, at least 3 years custodial experience, and basic MS Office skills to handle scheduling and communications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of custodial experience.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and safety protocols.
• Basic MS Office Suite (Outlook) experience.
• Floor maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled daily, weekly, and monthly custodial services, including vacuuming carpets, wet mopping floors, cleaning restrooms, sweeping entrances, and maintaining lobbies, offices, hallways, break rooms, and other facility spaces.
• Disinfect restrooms, trash receptacles, high-touch surfaces, walls, windows, and other areas as needed or per schedules.
• Collect, remove, and properly dispose of facility waste and recycling; replace liners.
• Monitor and replenish restroom and facility consumables (paper towels, toilet tissue, soap).
• Identify maintenance concerns and safety hazards and report them.
