Job summary

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Knowledge of standard cleaning and safety procedures, including restroom sanitation procedures.
• Knowledge of safe operation of standard and/or electrical floor or carpet care, custodial equipment, lawn care equipment and ladders.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and maintains building and exterior grounds areas to provide a safe and clean environment for members and program participants.
• Performs daily cleaning duties including mopping floors, cleaning restrooms, locker rooms, and shower areas.
• Dusts, vacuums, removes trash and cleans around equipment.
• Clears snow and ice from walkways, driveways and other areas as needed.
