Job summary

Nourse Chillicothe Automall in Chillicothe, OH, is hiring a full-time Automotive Custodian to maintain facility cleanliness and safe operations. The role requires experience with cleaning tools and the ability to handle snow removal for sidewalks and parking areas.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and an insurable driving record.
• Must have knowledge of cleaning equipment and facility upkeep.
• Must have the ability to exercise judgment, make decisions and respond to cleaning emergencies and staff requests within a reasonable time period.
• Ability to plan and organize work to achieve desired results.
• Be comfortable working in external and internal work environments to include adverse or extreme weather conditions.
• Must be comfortable performing multi-faceted projects in conjunctions with day to day activities. Projects may require working under time constraints to meet deadlines, extended ours and on occasion, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Help ensure the basic hygiene to maintain a safe environment for employees and customers.
• Assist in the up-keep and cleanliness of all buildings, inside and out.
• Adhere to OSHA building and safety requirements.
• Will perform snow removal of sidewalks and the parking areas.
