Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a full-time custodial associate to perform cleaning and maintenance across interior and exterior areas of our properties. The role includes reporting discrepancies, replenishing supplies, and maintaining safety protocols while delivering reliable service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Custodial experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer service and interpersonal skills required.
• Experience in a high-rise setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning/maintenance duties including sweeping, mopping, shampooing, dusting, and window cleaning.
• Inform Supervisor of needed supplies.
• Maintain cleaning solutions per OSHA requirements for hazardous chemicals.
• Remove trash and assist in emergency cleaning.
• Ability to properly utilize new equipment and follow safety procedures prior to using this equipment.
• Maintain a friendly and professional attitude.
