Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee basic facility upkeep including minor carpentry, painting and repairs.
• Inspect facilities regularly and address maintenance or safety issues promptly.
• Plan and complete small repair projects and maintain tools/inventory.
• Supervise custodial staff, assign work, and ensure cleanliness and safety standards.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and assist with events setup/breakdown.
