Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Facility Coordinator to coordinate diverse departmental and financial activities within the Property Management function.

  • In-depth knowledge of processes, procedures, systems in own job function.
  • Ability to evaluate and communicate unusual and/or complex content clearly.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook; strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
  • Advanced math skills for calculations (percentages, discounts, markups).
  • Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with creating monthly financial review and reporting.
  • Verify the database of management and leasing contract information is accurate and up to date.
  • Review, Input, and Approve vendor invoices, billings, expense reports, accounts receivables and contract execution process.
  • Support all aspects of the contract execution process.
  • Responsible for review and input of data into all CBRE systems.
  • Ensure compliance with all CBRE and client.
  • Facilitates communication of best practices, policies, procedures, and initiatives to support operations.
  • Train all CBRE team members on policies, procedures, processes, administration and governance.
  • Support the People/HR transition team to timely and efficiently onboard incumbent staff.
  • Assist in the client termination process as needed.
  • May participate in the Asset Services internal audit process.
  • Work with senior management to improve operational compliance.
  • Gather and analyze data to identify and solve complex problems that arise with little or no precedent.
  • May recommend new techniques.
  • Impact your team and other teams whose work activities are closely related.
  • Suggest improvements to existing processes and solutions to improve the efficiency of the team.
  • Assist in CBRE and client operations as needed.
  • All other duties as assigned or requested.

About the Role:

What You’ll Do:

  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
  • Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate advanced figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
