Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Sr. Facility Condition Advisor to join our Asset Services team.

You will perform visual assessments of buildings and systems, gather data, and prepare cost estimates and facility condition reports following ASTM E2018-24. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management (or 10+ years of relevant work for non-degreed Assessors) and proficiency with office software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management (or related field) is required.
• 10+ years of related experience performing assessments in conformance with ASTM E2018-24 is required.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual assessments of buildings, systems and assets per ASTM E2018-24.
• Prepare facility condition reports and cost estimates for immediate, short-term and long-term needs.
• Coordinate data collection, document review, and interviews as part of the FCA process.
