Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience or formal trade school education in building and mechanical systems.
• Experience with facility condition assessment software is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct an inventory of client facilities classifying building components.
• Perform assessments of client facilities to determine physical condition.
• Document mechanical or electrical equipment during assessments.

Ability to travel 50% or more

Education

Degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or applicable field
