Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrated on-the-job experience or formal trade school education in building and mechanical systems.
• Ability to travel 50% or more.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Inventory client facilities and classify building components per ASTM UNIFORMAT II.
• Assess facilities for physical condition and code conformance.
• Familiarity with facility condition assessment software; training available for SMS/Builder systems.
• Document equipment using tablets and justify condition assessments.
• Work under supervision and follow standard practices.
• Inspect large complexes and climb ladders as needed.
