Job summary

The Custodian Technician at Citizens Bank performs hands-on cleaning and maintenance across retail branches, supporting a team-driven environment. You’ll work 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 5:30am–2:00pm, with a comprehensive benefits package and company-provided tools including a vehicle, gas card, iPhone/iPad, uniform, shoes, and seasonal gear.

This role emphasizes independent daily cleaning as well as reliable teamwork, ensuring clean, safe banking spaces for customers and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license required for travel to sites.
• Customer service mindset and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Clean, stock, and maintain assigned facility areas to standard.
• Respond to service requests and close out work orders with minimal callbacks.
• Communicate professionally with customers and coworkers.
• Wear company uniform and present a professional appearance.
• Maintain supplies, equipment, and vehicle readiness.
