Job summary

The Custodian Technician position at Citizens involves maintaining clean and professional office environments across retail branches. This hands-on role focuses on independent routine cleanings while supporting a team-oriented environment.

We offer full-time year-round employment with comprehensive benefits and a company vehicle with a gas card. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 5:30am–2:00pm, with 40 hours per week and paid time off. 22–24 per hour, with company devices provided.

Qualifications

• One or more years of experience preferred.
• Demonstrate customer service skills & service oriented mindset.
• Competent use of iPad & iPhone.
• Ability to plan and prioritize workload and ability to work independently.
• Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. or more.

Responsibilities

• Clean, stock, and maintain assigned facility areas, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning, trash removal, and cleaning ceiling vents.
• Respond to service requests and prioritizing work order response & closing out work orders upon completion with minimal call backs.
• Communicate in a pleasant and professional manner with internal and external customers.
• Wear a company‑provided uniform and maintain a professional appearance while on duty.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Vehicle maintenance as required.
