Job summary

Citizens is hiring a Custodian Technician to maintain clean, professional spaces across our retail branches. This hands-on role emphasizes independent routine cleaning while supporting a team environment. You will clean, stock, and maintain facilities, respond to service requests, and wear a company uniform.

The schedule is 40 hours per week, with benefits and a company vehicle provided. A High School diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license are required; one year of custodial

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• One year of custodial or cleaning experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean, stock, and maintain assigned facilities: dust, sweep, vacuum, mop, restrooms, trash, vents.
• Respond to service requests and prioritize work orders; close out on completion with minimal callbacks.
• Communicate in a pleasant and professional manner with internal and external customers.
• Wear a company-provided uniform and maintain a professional appearance on duty.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Vehicle maintenance as required.
