Job summary

Citizens is seeking a Custodian Technician to maintain clean, professional office environments across our retail branches. This hands-on role emphasizes independent routine cleanings while supporting a team-focused environment.

Hours are 40/week with a consistent schedule, Monday–Friday, 5:30am–2:00pm, and a comprehensive benefits package. The position includes a company vehicle with gas card, iPhone & iPad, cleaning supplies, and uniform provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• One or more years of experience preferred.
• Demonstrate customer service skills & service‑oriented mindset.
• Competent use of iPad & iPhone.
• Ability to plan and prioritize workload and work independently.
• Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. or more.

Responsibilities

• Clean, stock, and maintain assigned facility areas, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning, trash removal, and cleaning ceiling vents.
• Respond to service requests and prioritize work orders with minimal callbacks and quick closure.
• Communicate in a pleasant and professional manner with internal and external customers.
• Wear a company‑provided uniform and maintain a professional appearance while on duty.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Vehicle maintenance as required.
