Job summary

CBRE Custodian position in Melbourne, FL. Responsible for daily cleaning duties in high-traffic areas, stocking restrooms, and following standardized cleaning processes. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• U.S. Person requirement due to federal contract.
• Must be able to lift/carry 50 lbs or more.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily cleaning in high-traffic areas as designated by supervisor.
• Stock bathrooms with toilet paper, towels, soap.
• Sweep, vacuum, mop, and clean storage areas, hallways, restrooms, elevators.
• Dust furniture, walls, and equipment; assist with rearranging furniture.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors.
• Follow cleaning procedures and safety guidelines; complete cleaning checklists.
• Attend required training and staff meetings.
