Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Custodian in Melbourne, FL to perform cleaning duties in high-traffic areas, stock restrooms, and maintain clean facilities. You will follow standardized cleaning processes, use chemical cleaners safely, and complete detailed checklists under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily cleaning support to high-traffic areas as designated by supervisor.
• Stock bathrooms with toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex, and soap.
• Sweep, vacuum, wipe, and mop storage units, hallways, restrooms, elevators, etc.
