Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Custodian to perform essential housekeeping, occupancy and custodial duties within our Workplace Experience function. You will help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for clients and visitors.

The role requires physical stamina and knowledge of cleaning chemicals, with emphasis on attention to detail and reliability. High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift items, climb ladders, and stand or walk for long periods.
• Knowledge of cleaning agents and disinfectants, safe handling.

• Ability to document completed cleaning tasks on regulated documents.

Responsibilities

• General Cleaning: sweep, mop, vacuum, buff floors, clean rugs and carpets.
• Restroom Maintenance: clean, disinfect, restock supplies.
• Waste Removal: empty trash/recycling and transport to disposal areas.
• Sanitization: disinfect high-touch surfaces, desks, and kitchen areas.
• Building Maintenance: keep windows and mirrors clean and streak-free.
