Job summary

CBRE West Palm Beach is seeking a Custodian to perform essential cleaning duties in high-traffic areas, including mopping, sweeping, and trash disposal. You will ensure the cleanliness of client and company buildings as part of the Cleaning Services function.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily cleaning support in high-traffic areas as directed by supervisor.
• Stock bathrooms with supplies and restock as needed.
• Sweep, vacuum, wipe, and mop storage areas, hallways, restrooms and elevators.
• Clean windows and glass partitions; maintain cleanliness to company standards.
• Follow safety procedures for cleaners and power equipment; complete cleaning checklists.
