Job summary

Columbia Hospitality, Inc. seeks a reliable janitorial associate to perform a broad range of cleaning tasks across assigned facilities. You will handle high dusting, sanitizing, bathroom cleaning, trash removal and floor care to keep areas sanitary and orderly.

Role requires adherence to safety procedures, effective communication with team and supervisors, and the use of germicidal solutions. Training provided; day shifts with possible overtime.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic janitorial operations.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Ability to communicate with co-workers and supervisors.
• Ability to operate powered and non-powered janitorial equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties in assigned buildings to keep areas sanitary and orderly.
• High dusting of surfaces above shoulder height.
• Sanitizing and spot cleaning of surfaces at and below shoulder height.
• Bathroom cleaning and restocking soap/paper dispensers.
• Trash removal and disposal with clean liners.
• Floor cleaning including dust moping and vacuuming.
• Grounds care and cleaning of public areas and food court as needed.
• Ensure cleanliness of floors, windows, and glass surfaces.
