Fitness Ventures (Crunch Fitness) is seeking a dedicated Janitor/Maintenance Attendant to uphold a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for members and staff. You will perform interior and exterior cleaning, follow sanitation protocols, and support operations under the guidance of club leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, maintenance, or facility operations preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety.
• Reliable and able to maintain a consistent work schedule.
• Certifications required by state or local regulations, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of interior areas including fitness spaces, locker rooms, restrooms, studios, and common areas.
• Keep exterior entrances, walkways, and surrounding grounds clean and presentable.
• Complete cleaning and sanitation tasks per daily, weekly, and monthly schedules.
• Follow cleaning protocols and sanitation standards for a healthy environment.
• Assist members and guests courteously and escalate concerns to management as needed.
• Monitor safety hazards and report maintenance issues to club leadership.
• Maintain cleaning supplies, equipment, and storage areas safely and organized.
• Support operations and special projects as assigned by management.
• Demonstrate a positive, team-oriented attitude with members and staff.
• Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and handbook requirements.
