Job summary

ABM Industries is seeking a Lead to coordinate daily facility operations at our Alabama location. The role involves supervising staff, delegating tasks, and ensuring building cleanliness and safety.

You'll train new hires, manage schedules, and maintain security keys, reporting issues to the Area Manager. The position targets reliable candidates with supervisory or customer service background, 18+ years old, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma, GED or college degree is not required.
• Preferred: 1 year of lead or supervisory experience and 1 year of customer service experience; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Follow assigned work schedules and report barriers.
• Provide leadership and direction to team members.
• Coordinate daily operations by delegating tasks and guiding staff.
• Oversee cleaning operations and ensure quality of work.
• Train new hires and manage time records.
• Maintain keys/access control and report equipment issues.
• Communicate with management and document client communications.
