Job summary

ABM Industries is seeking a Lead to supervise facility operations and ensure compliance with policies. You’ll delegate tasks, guide the team, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards at the assigned site.

This role involves operating cleaning equipment, handling chemicals, and supporting general janitorial duties. We welcome applicants with prior supervisory or customer service experience and a valid driver’s license. Evening shift runs Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• 1 year of lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations and assign tasks.
• Supervise team and ensure adherence to policies.
• Maintain communication between field staff and management.
• Oversee cleaning operations and quality control in the building.
• Handle keys/access cards and report any issues.
• Assist with training new hires and time records.
