ABM Industries seeks a reliable Lead to oversee facility operations, delegate tasks, and supervise a team when the Manager is away. This role ensures adherence to policies and safety standards while coordinating daily building services.

You will handle onboarding, time records, and communication between field staff and management, conduct training for new hires, manage keys and access, and monitor quality of work across assigned sites.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma, GED, or college degree is not required.

Responsabilités

• Follow assigned work schedules and report barriers.
• Provide leadership and direction to team members.
• Maintain open communication between field employees and management; monitor and document client communications.
• Assist with daily and weekly work schedules.
• Oversee and perform cleaning operations in the assigned building.
