Job summary

American Regent Inc. is seeking a Custodian responsible for cleaning and maintaining the facility to promote a healthy and safe environment. The role includes routine cleaning across the building, bathroom disinfection, floor maintenance, and stocking supplies.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to read English documents, and flexibility to work overtime. PPE and lifting up to 50 pounds may be necessary in this role.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read documents in Standard English such as SOPs, maintenance schedules, and operating manuals.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Cleans throughout the building and promotes a safe environment.
• Cleans, disinfects, and restores bathrooms.
• Buffs and mops floors, sweeps, dusts, and vacuums surfaces.
• Uses floor care machines for maintenance.
• Stocks bathrooms and cafeterias with supplies.
• Removes garbage and cardboard from facilities.
• Performs outdoor cleaning and groundskeeping as needed.
