Job summary

Integrity National Corporation is seeking a Custodian/Janitor to perform routine custodial maintenance across facilities, with restroom cleaning as the primary task (90% of time). Responsibilities include cleaning, disinfecting, trash removal, floor care, and site security, plus snow removal when needed.

The role requires reading and understanding basic English, a valid driver's license if needed, and the ability to operate basic landscaping equipment.

Qualifications

• One year of related janitorial experience preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions in English.
• Valid driver''s license (if required by site).
• Personal vehicle may be used (if required by site). The vehicle must have state-minimum insurance.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine custodial maintenance with restroom cleaning as a primary task.
• Clean and disinfect indoor and outdoor areas and restock supplies.
• Remove trash and handle waste per regulations (including hazardous materials).
• Maintain floors by sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming with safe practices.
• Prepare conference rooms and maintain kitchens, vending machines, and water fountains.
• Monitor exterior areas and ensure site security per guidelines.
