Job summary

Qualifications

• Coordinate and monitor the overall security operations of the facility.
• Promote compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, rules, regulations and standards.
• Coordinate and monitor the quality of unit management services delivered within an institution.
• Ensure that employees adhere to applicable policies, procedures, rules, regulations and standards.
• Supervise and monitor the performance of units in comparison to the documented goals, objectives, and expectations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor the overall security operations of the facility, ensuring proper staffing levels for all shifts and posts, and maintaining safety and security of staff and inmates.
