The position requires a graduate degree in Counseling or related field, active licensure (LCMHC or LCSW), EMR experience, and a valid driver’s license with auto insurance.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Counseling or a related field.
• Active licensure to provide mental/behavioral healthcare (LCMHC or LCSW).
• Experience with EMR systems and Microsoft 365 suite.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic services including assessments, crisis intervention, and individual and group therapy.
• Serve individuals with mental health and substance use diagnoses.
• Facilitate relationships and coordinate with families, agencies, and the community.
• Support connections to services and holistic treatment referrals.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to maintain communication and standardize procedures.
