Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is hiring a Facility Based Crisis Behavior Technician to provide direct support and supervision in a crisis or residential treatment setting. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor behavior, and help implement treatment interventions in a trauma-informed, respectful environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in behavioral health/crisis settings is preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and ensure safety and well-being.
• Follow care plans, perform safety checks, and supervise activities of daily living.
• Document observations and interventions in the electronic health record (EHR).
• Assist in crisis intervention using de-escalation and therapeutic engagement techniques.
• Support structured activities, groups, and psychoeducational sessions.
• Identify triggers and report concerns to clinical staff promptly.
