Job summary

Homewood-Flossmoor Park District is seeking a Part-Time Facility Attendant to open/close the facility for after-hours and weekends. You will set up and clean for rentals, respond to renter requests, and ensure policies are followed. The role requires punctuality, reliability, and excellent guest service.

Responsibilities include assisting renters, performing cleaning tasks, and preparing the space for the next day’s events while adhering to safety procedures. CPR/AED certification is recommended.

Qualifications

• Must provide outstanding customer service to guests and renters.
• Arrive 30 minutes before assigned meeting time.
• Must not leave the building unattended during shift.
• Report issues to supervisor after events.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety per policies.

Responsibilities

• Open and close facility; handle after-hours and weekend groups.
• Set up, take down, and clean for rentals.
• Communicate needs or concerns to supervisor; respond to renter requests.
• Leave facility ready for next day’s events; follow safety manual.
