Job summary

Pavilion on Main Street is seeking an Administrator to join their team. The Administrator acts as the director of the facility and representative in the community and is ultimately responsible for overall facility management, profitability, patient care and business decisions in all aspects related to operations.

This position requires excellent skills in time and stress management, must be calm, patient and of professional demeanor and have a deep understanding of both the clinical and business

Qualifications

• Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) in the state where the facility is located.
• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred.
• Prior experience leading a skilled nursing facility.
• Strong financial acumen and regulatory knowledge.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop direct reports while modeling professionalism.
• Oversee day-to-day facility operations and budgeting.
• Develop annual business plans and monitor progress.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Coordinate resident care plans with clinical staff.
• Manage revenue cycle including census and A/R.
• Drive resident satisfaction and ROI through effective programs.
