Villa Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Administrator to lead a skilled nursing facility. The role directs overall operations, ensures patient care quality, drives profitability, and represents the facility in the community.

Strong leadership, financial acumen, and regulatory compliance are essential to success. You will guide a team, manage budgets, oversee care plans, and collaborate with clinical staff to optimize resident outcomes.

Qualifications

• Licensed Nursing Home Administrator by the state in which the facility is located.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Prior experience as a leader in a Skilled Nursing Facility required.

Responsibilities

• Guide and develop direct reports, modeling leadership and professionalism.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the facility and keep on track for long-term goals and budgets.
• Participate in development of facility annual budget and oversight of budgets.
• Oversee census development, accounts receivable and collections, and NOI maximization.
• Coordinate with clinical and nursing staff to ensure care plans are followed.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Develop and implement a sound business plan with ROI focus.
• Review business plans with department heads quarterly to meet goals.
